      • The latest quarterly GET collection figure for the rail project came in at $46.4 million or 6 percent more than we had anticipated in our latest financial plan.
      • The project has collected a total of $761 million to date in GET revenue (since Jan. 2007), which is $18 million more than our forecast.

      • HART has automatic pre-award authority to move forward with final design activities, demolition, and other non-construction activities such as the procurement of rails, ties, commodities and other specialized equipment
      • The FTA is required by law to evaluate proposed New Starts projects and ensure prospective grant recipients demonstrate the technical, legal, and financial capability to implement the project
      • Clears the way for a Letter of No Prejudice to advance construction and to begin work on an agreement with the FTA for a Full Funding Grant Agreement (FFGA)
