Mural in old City Hall is called“Pastoral” and was painted in 1940by the artist Ted Gilien on canvasthen the canvas was placed on thewall. As the name suggests, themural depicts a rural scene with aman, woman and small boy, twohorses and in the background a largebarn, hay stacks and fields.
Circa 1965
