Thereafter, no person is entitled to any such right or equivalent right in any such work under the common law or statutes of any State.

Marburgers’ Proposal GRAYDON HEAD & RITCHEY LLP Add language to § 301 of the copyright act to say effectively this: “The Copyright Act does not preempt statutory or common law unfair competition or remedy for unjust enrichment, regardless of whether a contested publication infringes copyright.”
