Advantages of PLE <ul><li>Best solution for self managed learning and informal learning </li></ul><ul><li>Learners are able to choose the best tools and best design for their learning needing </li></ul><ul><li>Very useful for people that use Web 2.0 tools (social web). </li></ul><ul><li>PLEs are really good for workplace learning and people that already knows about something and want to improve in that field. </li></ul><ul><li>If you need an LMS , just include that in your set of learning tools in your own PLE . </li></ul>
