      • Add an introduction
      • Decide on the type of visual you
      • will create.

    • Non-projected Visuals
    • Print material:
    • books and handouts, posters
    • and charts.
    • Display technologies :
    • Bulletin boards, flip charts
    • magnetic board, felt board,
    • chalkboard, whiteboard

    • Projected Visuals:
      • Overhead projectors using transparencies
      • Digital projectors โ€“ displays software or internet activities
      • Document cameras โ€“ displays photographs and video images
  • 5. Effective Visual Principles
    • Relevance : components must enhance the message.
    • Consistency: elements must send a clear single message
    • Proportion: the size of the elements should be relative to their importance.
    • Unity: elements should work together to communicate the message.
  • 6. Choosing Effective Images
    • The eye reacts to an image instantly.
    • Place images on the right side of the screen.
    • The image must be relevant.
  • 7. Formatting a Presentation
        • Fonts must be easy to read.
        • Colors should enhance the visual.
        • Transitions should flow smoothly.
        • Graphics should be easy to read.
