Tak perlu sakit hati. Langsung. Anda adl org pertama yg tahu komentar org ttg anda (mention/tag/comment) Personal. Inilah kekuatan social media. Flexibel. Pergerakan yang cepat menuntut kita menjadi fleksibel.
  • 8. Sikap Yang perlu anda miliki untuk SUKSES di Socmed Personal. Fokus pada 'orang/pribadi' di balik akun itu. Open. Jika salah minta maaflah. Jika benar, tunjukkan datanya dgn ramah dan sopan. Ungkapkan penghargaan anda dgn tulus. Relax. Social media is an art, jgn terlalu terpatok pada script kecuali itu melibatkan SOP. Tapi dalam pembicaraan, milikilah karakter anda sendiri. People love to talk to people, not machine/robot. Responsive. Cepat tanggap, sekalipun belum tentu berujung pada penjualan. Berikan info tanpa menunda2/dibatasi (sejauh yg bisa anda berikan) Win Together. Jangan pelit utk berbagi rekomendasi. Business is not always about money. Consistent. Anda tahu apa yang saya maksud.
