Hello Our Startup Name is yummyMommy and the pain we try to solve is the fact that you cannot have homemade food were you want it. Our solution is simple.

WHY?
Why we do it? We believe that homemade food is the best food because it is made with love and fresh ingredients cooked for people we love. People deserve to eat everyday homemade food but we do very rarely. We are here to solve that.

OUR SERVICE
Our service brings together people who cook in their homes and people who are hungry.

How we do that?
At first we go online, we see the list of the dishes that are available nearby, the price of each one, the distance and the cooks’ ratings. Then, we select the dish that we prefer. We book it. We see how we get there from our map. And finally we go there, take the food and pay.
The cooks upload their dishes, their price, and the time that they will be available constantly updating the list.

MARKET
“What is our market? Our target group is people that don’t cook, either because they are too busy, or they simply don’t know how. It’s the people that consume take away food on a regular basis. It’s also people familiar with smart phones and the internet.
On a rough estimation, the people spend billions of dollars on take away food, globally.
The service will be launched after research on the trends of the local economy, the size of the population, the culture of the people, their buying habits as well as mobile penetration.

GO TO MARKET
How we go to the market? This is the classical Chicken- egg problem. We must convince Cooks to come to our platform and at the same time we must have hungry users searching for delicious homemade food.

Our initial step is to attract
• Young chefs
• trusted housewives
• Food bloggers
On the other end we will attract Consumers by providing invitation to companies employees or to student and communities relevant to food. Attracting communities can be also done with google or facebook ads.

BUSINESS MODEL
“How we are going to make money? Our business model is simple: Free to Premium. Free services to all users, advanced services for premium users.

• Premium cooks can pay and appear higher in search results.
• Premium consumers could have advanced searches.
• Tips will be asked through a mobile notification 1-2 hour after the transaction took place and the satisfied consumers can pay.
