Ensure balance between oGCDP and oGIP growth. Implement TC structures etc,

LC development through Growth/OD Model Education Cycle NST Management OD ROLE TO DRIVE SUMMER PEAK National Education Cycle to be customized to push summer peak boom Have NSTs specifically to manage Entity partnerships and to coach focus LCs along with MCVP if needed • Cluster LCs, especially ones that focusing on GIP that need to have a big jump in the summer • LC Planning based on product, GIP strategy, TM structures, education cycle, marketing and Entity partners by first week of April • R&R for 2014 based on LC clusters and on GIP growth. Product and Raising strategy, Matching through S&D understanding, implementation of team standards and building capacity for growth Expansions (For tier 1 and 2) part of Model Make contribution not only LC’s but also Expansions very clear to overall national goal

Entity partnerships, how to deliver, prepare and raise for them. Account Management: how to re-raise and upscale partnerships.
