  • 10. There has been a steady decline in the overall volume of procurement for the Region through UNICEF although an increased was noted in 2007 60% Funded through Prog 33 % Funded through PS 7% Funded through GAVI
  • 11. The procurement profile by value illustrates a gradual decline up until 2007, with the increase of MR procurement for the campaigns undertaken in the Region 70% Funded by Prog
  • 12. Vaccine Arrival Reports are key in ensuring safe vaccine arrival in the country CEE/CIS Regional Vaccine Arrival Report for 2006 Goal: 100% of VAR should be returned to SD within 3 days Most countries achieved 100% response rates proving that it is possible – focus still needed on the number of days for VARs to be returned. Delayed VARs put vaccine security at risk
