Systems Analyst <ul><li>Location Golden Valley, 6+ months with possible Contract-to-hire </li></ul><ul><li>A System Analyst resource is needed to support the portal development efforts. </li></ul><ul><li>The Primary Responsibilities for this position: Working with the business team to extract system requirements for the IT development team </li></ul><ul><li>- Facilitating requirement reviews and final project approvals - Facilitate the gathering of application/reporting requirements from various business areas through interviews, in-person, and JAD sessions - Be able to ask the right questions to get to the real business needs and dive deeper into initial business requests - Analyze business requests and be able to make technology needs and requirement assessments to meet the strategic direction of the organization - Creating application requirement (functional and non-functional) documentation and system specifications for system development - Document requirements in various methods, including process flows, activity diagrams, application and/or data flows, technical specifications - Acting as the liaison for the business segments during project development lifecycle - Working with the business leaders, training, production support and QA teams to understand the existing and new system functionality as needed - Supporting quality assurance through review of test cases - Assist QA group in identifying and writing test scenarios that map to the defined system requirements </li></ul>
  5. 5. QA Test Lead <ul><li>Location Plymouth, 9++ months with likely extensions </li></ul><ul><li>  Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures. Test system modifications to prepare for implementation. Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability. Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers. Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content. Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes. Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong SQL and backend testing required. </li></ul><ul><li>Manual and automated testing experience required </li></ul><ul><li>Quality Center is a must </li></ul>

Technical Scrum Master <ul><li>Location Minnetonka/Eden Prairie, 9-12++ months </li></ul><ul><li>3-5 years of experience driving Agile Scrum application development teams of 4 or more staff for software application products. </li></ul><ul><li>3-5 years of experience identifying and communicating product plans, project plans, role definitions, sprint plans, impediments, and burn down. </li></ul><ul><li>2-3 years of experience managing multi-site team sprint planning, scrums and retrospectives. </li></ul><ul><li>2-3 years of experience managing development and deployment of Web sphere platform based enterprise scale applications is a plus. </li></ul><ul><li>2-3 years of hands-on development experience in Java/J2EE technology platform building high volume applications.  </li></ul><ul><li>Healthcare experience is a plus. </li></ul>

Business Analyst <ul><li>Location DT Mpls, 9+ month contract </li></ul><ul><li>3-5 years experience as Business Analyst preferably in a health care, IT setting. </li></ul><ul><li>An understanding software development life cycle in a cross functional team environment. </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into details as well as abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding. </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines. </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in order to document issues, discuss causes and solutions in a group setting, and summarize results in concise manner. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong Use Case experience </li></ul><ul><li>Document current product functionality (for internal use) </li></ul><ul><li>Document and maintain product user guides </li></ul><ul><li>Research, analyze and define requirements and specifications for health care software application </li></ul><ul><li>Create detailed business requirements and functional designdocumentation for use by internal teams such as development, QA, UAT and release management </li></ul><ul><li>Effectively communicate with internal teams to deliver functional requirements such as  GUI, screen and interface designs </li></ul>
  8. 8. .Net Developer <ul><li>Location Minnetonka, 9-12+ months </li></ul><ul><li>Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance.  -Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.  -Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain -information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.  -Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.  -Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.  -Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements.  -Consult with customers about software system design and maintenance </li></ul><ul><li>Must Have Skills: </li></ul><ul><li>  SilverLight </li></ul><ul><li>ASP.Net </li></ul><ul><li>C# </li></ul><ul><li>WCF </li></ul><ul><li>SQL preferred </li></ul>

Project Manager <ul><li>Location Golden Valley, 6+ months with either extension or conversion </li></ul><ul><li>8-12 years experience as a Project Manager </li></ul><ul><li>Extensive use of MS Project, Planview, or similar </li></ul><ul><li>Experience leading multiple medium to large size projects </li></ul><ul><li>Polished presentation skills and comfortable working with Sr Mgmt </li></ul><ul><li>Healthcare or similar industry a plus </li></ul>
