    • In 2009, IBM embraced a heterogeneous employee liable model and has over 20,000 employees with RIM BlackBerry, Apple iPhone/iPad, Google Android, Symbian and Windows Mobile smartphones and tablets with access to the corporate network
    • The service is delivered by the IBM Mobile Enterprise Services team
    • Goal: 100,000 smartphone and tablet users by the end of 2011; majority are employee-liable devices
