Main Problem
In Nome, Alaska kids are very sick because of the cold weather temperatures.
The teams of dogs had to bring medicine to the children. The serum is the cure for the children.
One dog team is getting sick from the cold weather and from swimming through the icy water.

Solution
The dog team brought the serum to Nome, Alaska.
Balto was the strongest dog on the team. The others were weak and they lost the scent.

Favorite parts
Daniel S. :I liked when the dogs swam in the icy water.
Jason: My favorite part is when the dog team pulls the sled over the icy land.

Worst Part
When the people died, three were kids and one was an adult. We were sad because we’re kids and we don’t want to die.
