    • Key outputs from the Egan Review:
      • If we are to drive culture change in our industry, we must move beyond construction to a broader vision of the ‘built environment’
      • Our vision is of a future where young people who want a better world, will be able to fulfil their aims by joining our industry to deliver a low carbon economy , rather than by devoting themselves to environmental protest
      • We must develop a new generation of leaders who can communicate their vision and drive change in culture and behaviours ; our challenge is to speed up the natural pace of evolution
  • 7. Catalysts for Change A 2015 Vision for G4C: Can we make this Happen? Yes. - We need your people! “ G4C today celebrates once again as one of it’s former members goes on to become CEO of a major FTSE listed Built Asset Solution Provider. G4C is well known as the breeding ground for the industry’s future leaders and have become regarded as the organisation who have been the catalysts for driving the change agenda upwards through the industry. Previous G4C “graduates” now make up over half of the industry’s most senior positions across delivery organisations, consultants and clients. The organisation has grown rapidly with membership now over 5,000 and a waiting list twice that! G4C continues to prepare and develop newcomers to the industry in a way that provides a strategic understanding to supplement technical skills. Any organisation fortunate enough to employ a G4C graduate should look after them carefully!” The Times 14 October 2015
