  • To paraphrase Toby Keith - A little less talk and a Lot more Action

  • First! In March 2010, Facebook surpassed Google in the number of visits per day. What are people doing on Facebook?
  • Second! Mark Horvath a former drug addict, con artist, and briefly homeless found the Lord through a faith-based homeless shelter. He now has an inspiring project called Invisible People. Using a small video camera.... He started using Twitter to document and link to his videos. That is where he began to see the impact of social media. Now he is the go-to place for the homeless as well as those who want to help the homeless in their community. Read the comments on his YouTube videos and you’ll see hundreds of homeless men and women reaching out for help - then going to his website and finding resources. Homeless people like to hear other homeless people share their stories and are encouraged by this to find help.

  • Example Invisible People - Mark uses YouTube videos to reach the homeless and help people care about the homeless in their community.
