The themes and ideology of western films• Western films usually depict the struggles and history of early America and usually contain violence and battle. they mainly focus on wars between the native Americans or cattle ranchers and the army overall it is a famous area of film and shows the harsh reality of society.

Western development• Western originally began with “the great train robbery” which was a silent film but has since then gradually come to be voiced and has come into being more emphasized on action, but the genre has also developed many sub genre’s such as Horror ,satire and even science fiction
