  5. 5.  Social media for business – schedule it Use Facebook socially outside of your business time

  7. 7.  “Big Tasks” = overwhelm = poor results List of 3 to 5 small goals you want to achieve each day Make the list last thing at night or first thing in the morning Write it down on paper as it really helps to focus your mind
  8. 8.  To stay productive during your available time make sure you do not get interrupted Learn to say NO! That means only saying "yes" to tasks that you can fit into your day alongside your other goals that you have set
  9. 9. “Eat the frog”- get the worst job done first
  10. 10.  Get your office space tidy You wont be distracted by "stuff" on your desk This equally applies to having loads of windows open on your computer!
