An Investor’s Worst Nightmare I was looking for a property manager and a friend recommended that I call Joe the Plumber I had 4 places to be tenanted. Joe rented 2 places, but had the tenants write cheques to him under his personal name, then he disappeared Joe’s partner finally called, and said Joe had stolen the money

Nightmare The partner said he would send the other post-dated cheques…but never did Partner said I’ll pay you, but be patient. I am now out 2 month rent and have no security deposit on 2 units and have 2 vacant units. HELP!
