  8. 8. <ul><li>Terms and Conditions </li></ul><ul><li>Distribution outlets to be situated at a bare minimum distance of 10- 15 kms </li></ul><ul><li>12- 15 outlets at Mumbai and Navi Mumbai </li></ul><ul><li>Workshop for assembling in Navi Mumbai with a bare minimum area of 35000- 40000 sq. ft. </li></ul><ul><li>Assembling process to be undertaken by distributors </li></ul><ul><li>Transportation costs (factory to warehouse) to be borne by us. </li></ul>
