Creating pages <ul><li>Clicking the &quot;Create a Page&quot; Link </li></ul><ul><ul><li>In the upper right corner of your workspace, you'll see a link to create a page.  Click on this link. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>You'll then see a form which lets you input the title of the new page, and select a template to use.  Make the appropriate selections, and click &quot;Create Page.&quot;   </li></ul></ul>Centre for Information Technology in Education

Organizing your pages into folders <ul><li>Put a page in a folder </li></ul><ul><ul><li>The fastest way to put a page in a folder is to click and drag pages into their folders. Just check the boxes of the pages or files you wish to move and drag them into the correct folder. </li></ul></ul>Centre for Information Technology in Education

Uploading files <ul><li>Upload files </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Click the &quot;Upload files&quot; link in the upper right corner of your workspace page. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>On the files page, click the &quot;Upload files&quot; button. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Select the file you'd like to upload. If you'd like to upload multiple files, please hold down the CTRL key (to add a file to the list of selected files) or the SHIFT key (to select a range of files) when choosing files from your computer. </li></ul></ul>Centre for Information Technology in Education
  • 10. Editing a page <ul><li>To edit a page on your workspace, simply click the &quot;Edit&quot; tab at the top left of your screen or hit the &quot;ctrl + e&quot; key on your keyboard. Editing a page <ul><li>Add a link </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Highlight a word you wish to use as the link to the page. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Click on the “Insert/Edit Link” tool in the toolbar (see image below). </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Select the “Link Type” you want to add. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Click &quot;OK&quot; to insert the link. </li></ul></ul>Centre for Information Technology in Education

Editing a page <ul><li>Add a PowerPoint slideshow </li></ul><ul><ul><li>You need to create an account at Slideshare and upload your slideshow first. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>While viewing the Slideshow, the embed code is available in the Embed field.
