      • ISVs are organisations that exclusively develop software or software solutions instead of being part of a computer system or being a hardware manufacturer.
      • At least 30 percent of the company’s overall revenue comes from the sales of licenses of that solution.
      • ISVs integrate Microsoft licensed products with their application in any of the following ways:
        • By integrating a Microsoft licensed product into the ISV’s application code;
        • By including a Microsoft licensed product along with the ISV’s application on the installation media; or

      • Registered Member , an Organisation must:
        • 1. View and sign the agreement.
        • 2. Complete a profile.
      • Gold Certified level , a Partner must meet all requirements for the
      • Registered Member and Certified Partner levels, plus:
        • 1. Earn 120 Partner Points
        • 2. Obtain at least one (1) Microsoft Competency.
      Tip: You can fulfill 1 and 2 of the Certified level requirements by earning a Competency!

      • Step 1: Become a Registered Member of the Microsoft Partner Program . It takes as little as 15 minutes and there is no cost. Note: Certified and Gold Certified Partners in the Custom Development Solutions competency will receive copies of the Web Solutions Toolkit in the December kit.
