  26. 26. Download the Price List <ul><li>Note : If you receive an error when trying to download from explore.ms, you will need to install the Microsoft File Transfer Manager ActiveX control. From the yellow pop up menu at the top of the screen, select “Install Active X” to install the application. The File Transfer Manager is needed to download documents (price lists, EULAs, Product Lists, etc.) from explore.ms. </li></ul>

How to contact Microsoft - CLT <ul><li>You will use the Call Logging Tool (CLT) to submit requests or questions directly to Microsoft APAC Operations Centre. </li></ul><ul><li>It is the only tool you should use if you have any operational queries (if you need help using the Explore.ms website or MOET, have a question about an invoice, etc.) </li></ul><ul><li>To use CLT, log on to https://www.explore.ms </li></ul>

CLT - Customer Care Summary <ul><li>The CLT is your first point of contact for operational queries </li></ul><ul><li>All pre-sales and product questions should be directed to your Account Manager </li></ul><ul><li>The Processing Specialist aim to resolve your queries within 3 working days for valid submissions </li></ul><ul><li>If you cannot access CLT, you can exceptionally e-mail [email_address] </li></ul><ul><li>Always take note of the IT number – on subject line of the message you receive back from CLT. </li></ul><ul><li>The status of the IT number can be tracked on the homepage of CLT or in Explore.ms. </li></ul>
  35. 35. M icrosoft O rder E ntry T ool—MOET
  36. 36. Order Management Introduction <ul><li>M icrosoft O rder E ntry T ool—MOET is used for ordering gold master media and submitting monthly royalty reports of licenses sold. </li></ul><ul><li>Each ISV partner is required to submit a monthly report by the 15 th of the month following the month being reported on. </li></ul><ul><li>Use the Call Logging Tool (CLT) on www.explore.ms for access requests and issues </li></ul><ul><li>An End Customer Enrolment must be set up for each customer to whom you sell more than $1000 per month – report these sales separately </li></ul><ul><li>Zero Usage Reports are submitted via (CLT) </li></ul>

End Customer Enrolments <ul><li>End Customer data is reported if you sell more than $1000 per month to the customer </li></ul><ul><li>You will need to request Microsoft to set up the new end customer enrolments each month as needed </li></ul><ul><li>Download the APOC End User Enrolment Form from www.explore.ms </li></ul><ul><li>Send the filled form to Microsoft via the Call Logging Tool on www.explore.ms </li></ul><ul><li>After the end customer enrolments are setup and activated, these can be selected in the MOET PO header sheet. Microsoft will confirm the enrolment numbers. </li></ul>
  38. 38. Microsoft Extranet Portal (EPP)
  39. 39. Microsoft Extranet Portal <ul><li>MOET user accounts are set up and maintained in the Microsoft Extranet Portal (EPP) . You will need access to EPP for the following: </li></ul><ul><li>To activate your MOET account (only once) </li></ul><ul><li>To change your MOET password (at least every 70 days) </li></ul><ul><li>To reset your MOET password if you forgot it or if it has expired </li></ul>

To activate MOET account <ul><li>Submit your request with “Subject: ISV MOET ID Creation” and the following details through Call Logging Tool (CLT). </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Public Customer Number (PCN#) </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Enrollment No. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Company Name </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>First and Last name of MOET account user </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Email address </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Telephone no. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Fax no. </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Once MOET account has been setup, an email with the activation PIN and specific instructions on how to activate will be sent. </li></ul><ul><li>MOET can be accessed directly using URL https://moet.microsoft.com or via Explore.ms </li></ul>
  41. 41. How Do I Access EPP? <ul><li>Go to https://home.ep.microsoft.com </li></ul><ul><li>Click on Partner User and enter your logon name (starting with Partners ) and password. </li></ul>
  42. 42. Setting Up Password Reset Option <ul><li>To be able to use the Password Self-reset option in the future, you must first set up the secret questions and answers. </li></ul>
  43. 43. Select the Questions <ul><li>Use the menu to select three questions. The answer should have at least five characters . Type the answers to your questions in the fields on the right. When you are finished, click “ Apply ” </li></ul><ul><li>You can now reset your password at any time – if you forget it, or if it has expired </li></ul>

The invoice will be sent to you within 3-5 working days after PO submission. </li></ul><ul><li>If you need to modify an already submitted and invoiced PO, you need to submit your request via Adjustment tool on www.explore.ms to request a credit note </li></ul><ul><li>The Purchase Order, listing all the licenses sold the previous month, is your royalty report </li></ul><ul><li>Use the Explore.ms website to track your orders and invoices </li></ul>
