Foreword Up to now, we have found some problems in your bidding document and design documents, which we think it’ll be better to improve, if they were able to be modified according to our design.
<ul><li>We constructed a 1:1 model according to the drawings you provided. </li></ul><ul><li>From the test result of the acoustic section, we can see that all the sound energy can be easily reflected and focused at one-point area around the forefront seats, for the back wall is an inner-arced shape. </li></ul><ul><li>The most effective solution is to made some zig-zag shaped back wall, and the decoration surface is the most absorptive, so that sound energy can be evenly diffused and absorbed. And this, could be seen in our future decoration design. </li></ul><ul><li>One key concept of the architectural acoustics is RT 60, which is to describe the acoustic features and performance, not mentioned ever before, but we strongly recommend you to give more attention to decoration design, so that your requirement of minimal need for amplification, good tone and harmonies could be achieved pre-conditionally! </li></ul><ul><li>We set up the RT60 to be 1.1s in the test model. </li></ul>A. Yamaha Digital Mixing Engine-DME 24N With Yamaha DME-24N, all the audio parameters or scenes can be easily changed or recalled, under the control of Crestron wireless touch panel.
D. Live Recording Section <ul><li>In your bidding documents, we could not find any requirements about the live-recording mics for bands, orchestra and large choir, so full set of specific recording mics, which are cost-effective, are strongly recommended. </li></ul>
C. Digital Cinema Section <ul><li>In your bidding documents and design, considerations of the digital Projector cinema system was not appeared, but as for the time being, such a trend has been emerging shall be used extensively, plus, the projector also can be used in the range of conference and presentation. </li></ul><ul><li>And furthermore, on the basis of the existing PA system you required in the bidding docs, just add the sufficient surround speakers, amps, a 16:9 screen, and a set of digital cinema playing server, a complete digital cinema system was setup! Movies are low-cost and easily downloaded or upgraded via Internet. </li></ul><ul><li>Here, 16:9 cinema screen size: 7000mm*3600mm, batten-hoisted up and down. </li></ul>
E. Intelligence control Section <ul><li>In your bidding documents and design, considerations of the intelligent centre control system was not appeared, but all the potential staffs you have must be not professional enough to meet the basic needs of the audio, video, lighting and stage mechanical systems operation, so, such sub-systems then will not fully play their roles! </li></ul><ul><li>And meanwhile, all the sub-systems need more labors to handle at the same time while the theatre is being actually used! However, with the Crestron wireless touch panel, just one touch, all the related devices and sub-systems are controlled and moved automatically step by stem under the program we made beforehand! Thus, tremendous labor could be saved! </li></ul><ul><li>As for the live mixing, stage lighting occasions which need the hand-on operations, such a system could be setup as the initiative mode! So, everything is getting standby! </li></ul><ul><li>With the intelligent control system, many modes can be setup, the Live performance mode, Digital cinema mode, Conference Mode, Presentation Mode, and even Choir mode according to whatever you actually need, and the PC program can be re-modified at anytime you want to change! </li></ul><ul><li>The controlled systems include all the audio, video, lighting, and the stage hoist instruments and equipments, whichever we want it being moved, just program! </li></ul>

Stage Machinery Section <ul><li>In the bidding docs, the specification requires 21 single-winding hoists, which are to be used to hang screens, scene canvases, and lighting fixtures. However, 21 hoists are too many a little bit for a 8M-depth small stage, so, the hoists numbers are decreased to be 15, 6 for lighting, 9 for scenes! Thus, the distance between hoists is more reasonable, and our national standard code specifies at 500mm. </li></ul><ul><li>2.PLC stage manage system has both the advantages and defects, for it’s PLC program-controlled, most of the relays could be left out, and button-pressing control. And we know they are widely used in china’s most grand theater, but in SCIS theatre, it’s expensive, and not proper comparing to the frequency of use. So, in our design, we choose the cost-effective LT series stage manage system which developed by ourselves. </li></ul>

Stage Lighting system <ul><li>It’s certain that the necessary regular lighting fixtures are configured in our design, and furthermore, with the principles of proper cost ,the best performance, energy-saving and high efficiency, we did some optimizations based on the specifications in your bidding docs, improvements of them described as below: </li></ul><ul><li>Film reflection-back light fixtures, which are only widely used in china, easily getting heat and dazzling, and is fading away from the industry. And quite a contrary, multi-par lights are becoming more and more popular for its versatility, high efficiency and low power consumption. </li></ul><ul><li>For the stage opening net height is only 6.7m, so we think 5~19 profile lights are not suitable to be used as the fore stage lights, so, we think we’d better replace them with the complex of both the 26 profile lights and the aspheric spot lights. </li></ul><ul><li>The fluorescent RGB lights are replaced with our newly-developed cool-cup lights, which has over 10 times luminance than it of those RGB lights and long life term over 4000 hours, while other good features of the fluorescent RGB lights are being kept. </li></ul><ul><li>We just developed a new product with high efficiency and energy-saving. Up 8 meters high cyclorama screen can be evenly-projected with just one row of them, and thus, the traditional ground cyclorama lights can be cancelled, and therefore, much more space of the back stage will be saved! </li></ul>

DLTM-18*55 cool cyclorama light <ul><li>DLTM series adopted the cool-cup type quartz halogen lamps. </li></ul><ul><li>Though the optimized design, an even and asymmetrical projection area on the 8 m high cyclorama screen can be achieved. </li></ul><ul><li>The ground cyclorama lights low can be left out, and thus, the performing space on the back stage will be expanded. </li></ul><ul><li>The IF emission can be largely reduced for the use of cool-cup. </li></ul><ul><li>Lamp life is over 4000 hours, which is 10~20 times of the regular halogen tungsten lamps. </li></ul>
