      • It’s not Your ministry it’s God’s ministry.
      • He just allows you to be a part of what He is doing,
    3. It all starts with Vision
      • “ Where there is no vision, the people perish.”
      • Prov. 28:19
    4. Evaluation Questions
      • Where has this ministry been?
      • Where is this ministry currently at?
      • Where does God want to take this ministry?
    5. PAST ? FUTURE ? PRESENT What has gotten your ministry to it’s current position? What it necessary to take your ministry to the next level?
    6. Evaluation Steps
      • Pray for God’s direction – always!
      • Meet with all the ministry coordinators, and listen to them
      • Do some research, if needed
    7. What’s Next?
      • Develop relationships with your people.
      • If you don’t have the respect and rapport with your workers, they’re not going to follow your vision.
    8. The Bottom Line…
      • It’s all about people!

      • After a proper perspective of where your ministry as been and currently is at, where is the ministry headed, and how are you going to get there?
    10. Ministry Values
      • What are the elements of the ministries you offer to kids that are foundational and will not change?

    12. Develop an Identity
      • Anything that people associate with has an identity
      • Examples?
