MODULE II - Employability Skills Training:Objective:The main objective of this module is to provide a unique opportunity for all studentsto develop their personality and upgrade their Employability skills. The trainingbenefits the students, both in their early professional careers and in their socialinteractions in the business environment.This module comprise of Aptitude Training, Communications Skills Training, InterviewSkills Training, Group Discussion Training and other required soft skills Training.Aptitude Tests:Generally most organizations use Aptitude Tests as a process of elimination whenthe number of applicants is sizeable. These Aptitude Tests also give the selectors agood idea of the candidates reasoning ability, critical thinking ability andlanguage skills.Group Discussions:Group Discussion exercises are designed to test the candidates ability to act as aleader and a team player. The other qualities exhibited in such exercises are clarityof thought process, the ability to think differently and the ability to lend direction.Personal Interviews:The last leg of the selection process is usually a Personal Interview which gives theselectors an opportunity to know the candidate better and to assess the suitabilityof the candidates skills to the requirements of the organization.Soft Skills:Soft skills means more than be able to face GD’s and interview.   10. 10. 3. TERMS & CONDITIONS3.1. Financial TermsWe provide training at very reasonable rates and the quality of education is ofcourse up to the mark. For entire 15 days program (6 hrs a day), we charge INR4,500/- per candidate (inclusive of training and testing)3.2. Payment TermsIf the students are satisfied with the demo and once MOU is signed, College has topay us 50% of the total agreed amount. Balance amount have to be paid aftercompletion of 7 days training program.3.3.
