  • 6.  In this project we went to door to door and ask respondent that you took visit supermarket or hypermarket like Big Bazaar, Star Bazaar,D- Mart,reliance fresh-Mart-super in last month. If respondent said yes than we check their category. if respondent match with our requirement than we start interview of respondent.

  • 8.  Billing process is not good in all mall, there was much problem in billing process of Reliance fresh and Big Bazaar. Behaviour of staff was almost good in all malls. Nearly all things are available in malls which customer want purchase except some time. Fruits are not always fresh in Reliance fresh and big bazaar.
  • 9.  Customer prefer cheap price and demand medium or high quality of goods. Big Bazaar’s popularity going down because our most respondent said that many problems in billing process, staff was not good, price was more than other mall. Overall product quality is good in all malls except some case.
  • 10.  In this project no need to go door to door because company have data base of Tata’s customer who bought car in last Jan,Fab,March So first I took telephonic interview if respondent ready to give appointment .than I checked category. if respondent match with our category than I took appointment of interview.

  • 12.  Most of respondent was not want to sell car till 4 to 5 year. Some car holder was satisfied from car because they want cheap car and his expectation was satisfied so he have no problem with his car. Some car holder told that I will never purchase Tata’s car because they was totally dissatisfied from their car performance. Most of respondent received his car between one month
  • 13.  Some car holder have no problem with his car, they has only problem with dealer. Respondents told that dealer was give us big commitment only for dump car because they doing nothing after giving commitment. So I can say that Tata need to work hard for consumer satisfaction.
  • 14.  This project was out of town. We did this project in Rajkot urban and Rajkot Rural. In this, project team divided in two parts. In hall team and field team. I was appointed in in hall team. Field team find interviewer and fill up questionnaire than we took main interview of respondent.
  • 15.  First two days we work in urban area and than last day we work in Rural area. In this project we find customer level of satisfaction, his most consumed juice brand, purchasing Power etc… In three days we fill up 105 questionnaire.
  • 16.  This project also out of town. We done this project in Baroda. This project was about Hair dye and Mahendi. Sample size was about 225 questionnaire. I did work in this project for only four days. I did supervising for a day in this project and also I did Back checking and briefing of questionnaire.
  • 17.  This project was about Banking Concept like Mobile banking, internet banking, Dial-a-draft etc Criteria : 10 lakh+ yearly income,30 to 46 age , good four wheeler, and only man. Very difficult to find respondent to match this criteria. I work on this project only five days but I could not find single respondent so I leave this project and join other project.

  • 21.  Most of customer gives rank to Coca-cola, Pepsi, thumps up. Most of customer prefers 200 ml glass bottle and 600 plastic bottle packs Customer gives first importance to price and brand, than size, than flavour.
  • 22.  I got chance to do supervising for a day and I did it successfully. I got chance to do back checking and briefing of questionnaire and I did it successfully. Improve in convincing power for take appointment Get chance to doing scrutiny of project juice and successfully did it. Able to work in market research industry
  • 23.  How to interact with respondent. How to fill up real questionnaire. How to check questionnaire. Time managing I learn that how to do scrutiny and briefing of any questionnaire I Understand that what your boss wants and act in the direction he wants. Don’t expect more than your capacity
