  • We got advice from a business advisor that use to work with Rupert murdoch. His advice was that you can internationalise and grow a separate business arm at the same time. He was right
  • As soon as you can afford it have someone that can sort your day to day activity as you need to be the visionary. Do not get bogged down in administration
  • The number one priority for us has been to grow a culture in the business that fosters excellence, efficiency, creativity, teamwork. We try to help every single employee giving them a chance.This is key for the growth of the business and what differentiates yourself. Whether you are running a inhouse team or external team – driving home this message is key. Employees must believe, trust in you.
  • We were really busy working on pitches for about a 4 week window. This was during our growth phase. We noticed that team members felt they were not getting the support and those team members did ok but werent happy. Investing our time in every single individual
  • Failing quickly with client or yourself is important, and living with failure. People will forgive if you own up quickly
