2. INTRODUCTION
Smoking is one of the worst habit and it is increasing in our society.
Currently there are 1.3 billion smokers in the world.
Smoking is a practice in which a
ubstance mostly common tobacco is
urned and the smoke is tasted or inhaled
nd then exhaled , the most common
method of smoking today is through
igarettes.
Tobacco contains more than 19 known
ancer causing chemicals and other 4000
hemicals.

3. WHY DO PEOPLE SMOKE..?
 Watched the family smoking that’s
why they wanted to try it.
 They smoke for coolness
Peer Pressure:
All their friends smokes and they don’t
want to be odd one’s out.

4. They smoke because they've got nothing
better to do they think it reduces stress.
They thinks it’s a package of pleasure
And it addicted to them.
Smoking helps some people think.
It gives them a focal point for their
attention

5. What Actually happens!
A cigarette contains substance called nicotine, that gives
pleasure to smokers. Nicotine is a poison.
According to scientists nicotine can kill a person when taken in
large amounts.

6. Contents of cigaratte
 Nicotine (includes) : Addiction, Stimulation, Pleasure,
Relaxation.
 When tobacco smoke is enhaled nicotine is absorbed into
the bloodstream.
Physchological effects include increased heart rate and a
rise in blood pressure
 TAR : brown stick substance.
70% of the tar is deposited in the lungs damages the
small hairs called Cilia
That causes cough and chest problems.
It contains many poisnous chemicals that cause cancer.

It’s poisnous gas with no smell
If we smoke 20 cigarette a day
we will have 10% less oxygen
in our body.

everyday, roughly half of whom in Asia.
 More than 1,000 people in the U.S die each day
from smoking related illness.
 Everyday 5 million people loose their lives because
of smoking.
 Smoking causes two diseases heart diseases and
lungs cancer

A general rule of the
Islamic shariah is that
it is haram for the
Muslims to drink or eat
anything which cause
his death
Such as; Poisons or
substances which are
injurious to health or
harmful to his body.
