  3. Every entity knows their contributio n in GIP and GCDP We commit to delivering 12.000 GIP experiences We aligned S&D in SPs. We know our partners for 2014 We know HOW to raise & match based on your reality
  4. We created generation 2015.
  5. THE MOVEMENT A movement which needs to involve every single member, every single day.
  6. Conclusion: We have an ambition to grow GIP massively!
  7. In order to do that… We need to COMPLETELY shift our operations!
  8. Yes.. We need to make RADICAL changes!!
  9. These are the first two steps we need to take! Replanning Change Management
  10. Replanning: Adjusting your backwards plan
  11. 1. Reset your MC goals for 2014 2. Create ReMaRe plan per month 3. Ensure clarity around fruit peak goals and 1314 1415 delivery 4. Align LC goals for Ra Ma Re for 2014 5. Track weekly!!
  12. We need to change in order to grow, we need to create commitment to new goals and track the progress. You need clear goals!
  13. Have renewed monthly goals in SPs, and ensure to have Mrk goals for it as well!
  14. Key Role for MC VP Co-creating revised LC goals and creating excitement and commitment for goal achievement! Tracking and accountability towards goal achievement. Showcasing success and coaching/consult ing entities in goal achievement
  15. A backwards plan will show you what is needed NOW! What are you going to do to deliver a massive fruit peak?

A model for change.. • Awareness of the need for change • Desire to participate in and support the change • Knowledge of how to change (and what the change looks like) • Ability to implement the change on a day-to-day basis • Reinforcement to keep the change in place The success of the organizational change is tied to individuals doing their work differently

  32. Brand all your comm under ‘GEN2015’ GIP needs to messaged throughout all physical & virtual touch points Create strong incentives for GIP and showcase stories of success massively! Get partners & external, alumni sharing impactful stories on GIP and sharing their believe in our ability to achieve GIP growth What can you do?
  33. Plan in an LCP Meeting Get all EB members on board Collect burning questions and provide consultancy to overcome bottlenecks Reallocate talent, adapt education and induct new members into GIP! What can you do more?
  34. Every member needs to live GEN2015! Every member needs to make GIP happen!
