Presentation yeaaaaaaaaaaaaa

  1. 1. Commentary I asked my model to reach for the can on the picture and look as if he is stressed and is desperate to get the can. I used a small bit of light on the photo to create the atmosphere and to link with his expression. I framed the shot so he is in the rule of thirds but also slightlyShooting details centred with his arms to fill up some of the shot. I used ropes as a prop as well to link withLocation: 285 Warrington road Leigh the theme of the product and title.Time/date: 5pm 5.12.2012Lighting conditions: indoors, light The photo advertises the product well becausecoming from the top of the room the model makes it look as the product isCamera: Cannon EOS 1100D something you need and is very addictive.Aperture: F5.8Shutter speed: 1/500 There are some faults with the original image such as: The lighting and background arent what was needed to fit the brochure.
  2. 2. Commentary In this variety of photos I had the model reaching out struggling to grab a prop can that would have been edited out with the real product, but the main reason I took some many was to cut them all out and collage them together on one image for theShooting details: brochure. The other props that were used as well was the rope around the modelsLocation: 285 Warrington road Leigh hand to link with the theme of the productTime/date: 5pm 5.12.2012 and brochure.Lighting conditions: indoors, lightcoming from the top of the room So once again this image is trying to giveCamera: Cannon EOS 1100D the impression that the product is specialAperture: F5.8 and is worth getting.Shutter speed: 1/500 There arent many faults wrong with this image in my opinion but I would make might brighter slightly.
  3. 3. Commentary In this shot I wanted to get the model to look extremely tired and took look as if hes desperate for the product, I did this so it gives the impression to the audience that the product stands out from the others and is somethingShooting details: special. No props were used a part from the can in this photo.Location: 285 Warrington road LeighTime/date: 5pm 5.12.2012 The photo advertises the product wellLighting conditions: indoors, light because I think it is unique from thecoming from the top of the room other pictures taken and it shows a lotCamera: Cannon EOS 1100D about what the energy drink is like.Aperture: F5.8Shutter speed: 1/500 The faults I think with this shot is that I think I would have repositioned the model a bit more cause I think it would have looked more attractive for the brochure.
  4. 4. Commentary In this photo I placed a prop on the floor and have chosen to use a close up on the models face for this shot, when editing the image I will swap the prop can with the actual product for the brochure. I wanted a close up of the models faceShooting details: because I wanted to have a variety of pictures on the brochure.Location: 285 Warrington road LeighTime/date: 5pm 5.12.2012 I chose this picture mainly because itLighting conditions: indoors, light was a lot different than a lot of the otherscoming from the top of the room so I just wanted to make sure i had goodCamera: Cannon EOS 1100D variety of images on the brochure so IAperture: F5.8 wasn’t repeating the same ones.Shutter speed: 1/500 The one fault I would say with these photos are is the position of the model and the lighting, so I would increase the light on the photo and position the model differently.
  5. 5. Commentary In this photo I wanted the model stood in the centre of the photo holding a prop can that I would have edited out and filled it in with the real product, the other props are the ropes that link with the themeShooting details: of the brochure and can. But I mainly wanted him to have goodLocation: 285 Warrington road Leigh posture for this shot and just toTime/date: 5pm 5.12.2012 stand ordinary so we could get aLighting conditions: indoors, light good variety of poses from thecoming from the top of the room model.Camera: Cannon EOS 1100DAperture: F5.8 I chose this picture mainly becauseShutter speed: 1/500 it was something different from the other pictures and I dint want all the photos to look the same. Only fault I would say is the pose with the can .
  6. 6. Commentary This is one of the photos I didn’t use because I thought we could get a better pose or position to take the photo. So we ended up doing a few of these shots to try different poses and angles to take the photo fromShooting details:Location: 285 Warrington road LeighTime/date: 5pm 5.12.2012Lighting conditions: indoors, lightcoming from the top of the roomCamera: Cannon EOS 1100DAperture: F5.8Shutter speed: 1/500
  7. 7. Commentary This is a photo I didn’t use because I had the camera on a repeating shoot and we were taking whilst he was performing the action on the photo, and there we a few later shots that looked better for the brochure.Shooting details:Location: 285 Warrington road LeighTime/date: 5pm 5.12.2012Lighting conditions: indoors, lightcoming from the top of the roomCamera: Cannon EOS 1100DAperture: F5.8Shutter speed: 1/500
  8. 8. Commentary Here is another pose that we tried using his other hand but with the same camera angle, but we didn’t think it was a very good shot to use in the brochureShooting details:Location: 285 Warrington road LeighTime/date: 5pm 5.12.2012Lighting conditions: indoors, lightcoming from the top of the roomCamera: Cannon EOS 1100DAperture: F5.8Shutter speed: 1/500
  9. 9. Commentary Here is another photo that was not used for the brochure because the one we chose I thought was only slightly better because of the focus on the product prop more than the model. But there is nothing muchShooting details: wrong with the photo itself just the focus.Location: 285 Warrington road LeighTime/date: 5pm 5.12.2012Lighting conditions: indoors, lightcoming from the top of the roomCamera: Cannon EOS 1100DAperture: F5.8Shutter speed: 1/500
  10. 10. Commentary This is one photo that was not used mainly because of the position of the models hands and how he is reaching for the product prop. The actual photo I chose of the models hands coming in from the left side for theShooting details: brochure only looked slightly but the that is the only fault about the photoLocation: 285 Warrington road Leigh I think the picture, focus and lightingTime/date: 5pm 5.12.2012 is at its highest standard.Lighting conditions: indoors, lightcoming from the top of the roomCamera: Cannon EOS 1100DAperture: F5.8Shutter speed: 1/500
