Academic achievement of the potential candidates must also fulfill the regulations for the foreign students admission set by the National Yang-Ming University. (For details, please refer to the Attachment І ) b. All applicants must have equivalent graduation 9

The graduation certificate of foreign educational institution and transcripts shall be subjected to 10

(Taiwan) embassy /representative office (in applicant’s country) in accordance with requirements of the Ministry of Education, R.O.C.. d. For the financial statement, if the applicant has applied or is going to apply for any scholarship, you don’t need to enclose the financial statement. But you have to state the scholarship you applied clearly. Also, the verification will be hand in at the time of registration. e. After the preliminary screening, qualified applicants will be informed to attend either an oral interview or phone interview by some institutes, which will be held in early May, 2009. Applications from absentees will be considered withdrawn. The criteria for selection will be solely determined by the 11
