  2. What is a Career? A career is the path of your choosing that shapes you as an individual in your professional life. It is not a track record of your work at a certain position, but career is the whole history of your work experience, knowledge and understanding, and how you choose to apply it to your environment to excel in your professional life. What is a Career Development ? Career development is an understanding of you as an individual, with your hopes and dreams, your motivation, and your willingness to have a better life. It will lead on to an understanding of yourself, making yourself concious of your decisions and your goals.
  3. It All Starts With Your Passion & Dreams Your career starts with your ability to decide to be whomever you want to be. It starts by asking yourself: What do I want to be? Start by recognizing yourself, knowing your passion, limitations, and knowing your dream, thus creating a goal in your life. Knowing your goal will help you concentrate on living up to your goal. It will help you improve yourself. It will help you be an expert.
  4. So, Who Do You Want To Be?
    • Decide. Plan. Do it. Stick to it !
      • Being an expert is key to your success.
      • Researching your goals will help you plan your way, so make a road map of your career. Look at any opportunity and seize it.
      • Find your community
      • Find friends and contacts that are closely related to your goal. Learn everything from them and always take any criticism that comes.
      • When there’s a river, there’s a stream
      • Find opportunities big and small to fulfill your goal.
      • Never be afraid to Re-Invent Yourself
      • Always aim up, never down.
