Hi, Mom! I can't believe I'm actually on Mars- amazing! This place looks like
it's just where I belong! The red ground, gorgeous sky; This place looks like
something out of a painting!
I wish you and everyone else were here, though. Me and my space partners still
haven't set foot on Mars. We're still camping in the ship (we'll be able to head
outside by July 20th- In Earth days!).
I'm so glad I joined NASA! Space is where I belong!But of course, I still
remember my cozy home with you and Dad, snuggling by the fireplace! There's no
you and Dad here!
We've sent out a new rover that NASA has just created: It's named The
MarsMom2000!
It's dedicated to all the Moms in the world, protecting and caring for their
kids on Earth.
If it weren't for you, I wouldn't be here right now! I wouldn't have
accomplished all this, and actually gotten to NASA!
Thank you, mom! I hope you're having a great time on Earth (and everyone else,
too!).

PS: The MarsMom2000 still hasn't found any form of life- yet! Who knows, maybe
one day Mars will be colonized!
PPS: I love this new world, Mars, but I hope to come back to Earth. Mars is
great, but Earth is my home. Also, I'm having a problem here in Mars- How will I
send this letter to you?!
