  • We are innovating on these new trends of personal leadership in participatory art and social change: Mix theatre+workshop: “ Let´s get personal!” Annika Lewis Help organisation for social entrepreneurs supporting youth: Playing For Change Sweden International trainings in hosting & facilitation: AoH LET’S GET PERSONAL, utilizes humor, absurdity and the self-help culture to deliver a provocative performance about the role of personal branding in attaining professional success. Lewis, who is known for merging technology, theatre and dance, delivers this parody in the form of a motivational lecture and workshop on how to successfully use blunders on Facebook and official public apologies for personal optimization. In twisting the entire milieu of motivational speaking she acidly comments on the roles of collective bedazzlement, radical political positioning, and the arts in a society increasingly driven by the experience economy See:http://www.dcartscenter.org/event.htm#PastTheater Playing for Change is a non-profit organisation founded by Kinnevik that supports social entrepreneurs who improve the lives of children and youth. We believe that the best way to create a social change is to give the right tools to people who is passionate about their task and who has the entrepreneurial driving force to make a change. The choosen entrepreneurs, we call them our Playmakers, get financial support but also advice and mentoring from a network of employees within the Kinnevik Group companies. The goal is to help the entrepreneurs build sustainable operations that will have a great social  impact. See: h ttp://www.playingforchange.se/en/about-us/ Art of Hosting is a global community of practitioners using integrated participative change processes, methods, maps, and planning tools to engage groups and teams in meaningful conversation, deliberate collaboration, and group-supported action for the common good. - Collaborative definition by several Art of Hosting stewards See: http://www.artofhosting.org/home/ LiYLR innovates!
  • “ It gives me the chills. It challenges the performer to communicate to the audience in a totally different way.” Karen Troldborg, DK, singer performer at LIYLR # 1 in Århus “ Having a stage so close to the audience and with no microphones or sound system makes the experience so much more intimate.” Hanna von Bergen, NO, performer at LIYLR # 1 in Århus “ I experienced the same thing in Sweden. The artists had to apply to play there! Would be cool to see it in other parts of the world too.” Emmi Uutela, FIN, student @ Team academy “ This is bringing music back to how it´s supposed to be, the artists using their love for playing to raise the spirits of people in their community” Bjarke Østergaard, DK, Vestas Århus Voices from people in the LiYLR network “ Great music and art they are just moments in time. Like your living room! You can harness energy from those moments to transcend any kind of human divide!” Mark Johnson, co-founder of Playing For Change
