Converting Educated
unemployed into Entrepreneur
          Team Elevator
     Gujarat University - India
Education System and Youths’
               Mindset
• Till matriculation or Higher Secondary
  Level(10+2), education has no syllabus or
  subject or course that contain learning “How
  to make money ?”
• Teacher are busy with teaching non useful
  subjects.
• As student pass the journey from childhood to
  youth , build a mind set “ my certificate will
  bring me job”
Youths’ situation
• More than 70% students Leave the school
  after 10th or (10+2)th or graduated subjects
  with non professional subjects. The education
  that don’t help in making money.
• And the result is very dangerous, these
  educated but non skilled youth crowd falls in
  inferiority, after trying to get job on bases of
  their certificate.
Parents’ Prejudice

• Parents think that after education their child
  should get job, shouldn’t try for business, and
  government is responsible to give
  employment even though person doesn’t
  have any skill.
• They think Job is more secure and batter than
  personal business.
• They think to start business money is only and
  compulsory requirement .
Solution: Everything is Psychology.
• We have found something: Most of young ready
  to do Job (Fix salary), and if trained properly can
  do the Job which is money making, BUT they are
  not ready to do same work as their own business.
• If these person are provided training, Group with
  same work area, and train some of them to be
  leader,….
• If they have feeling, they are part of big
  organization, they are ready to do small but good
  rewarding job.
Solution: Everything is Psychology,
          and it can be changed



• we have tried something : If one person start Goat carting for
  children at famous public place( Anand Sarovar ) can make fine
  money but nobody has idea or ready to do this job.
• But IF we provide uniform, brand, pricing, marketing strategy, selling
  training THEN she/he is ready to do the same JOB.
• Psychology is changed, now she/he is part of big organization. But
  she/he is entrepreneur, not charged for providing brand or training.
Solution: Everything is Psychology,
        and it can be changed

  cleaning at roadside can make fine money but
  nobody has idea or ready to do this job.
• But IF we provide uniform, brand, pricing,
  marketing strategy, selling training THEN she/he
  is ready to do the same JOB.
• Psychology is changed, now she/he is part of big
  organization. But she/he is entrepreneur, not
  charged for providing brand or training.
Solution: Everything is Psychology,
        and it can be changed

  nobody has idea or ready to do this job.
• But IF we provide uniform, brand, pricing, marketing
  strategy, selling training THEN she/he is ready to do
  the same JOB.
• Psychology is changed, now she/he is part of big
  organization. But she/he is entrepreneur, not charged
  for providing brand or training.
Solution
• We will start to train such unemployed but
  educated youths and motivate them to be our
  part which have good brand with dress code,
  logo and everything which make feel good to
  this youths and help them get more
  customers.
• Now when they start making money, we will
  motivate them to replicate the same job in
  part time to help other.
We are ready.
• We will have 2 to 3 hours daily and full
  weekend to do this great someone’s life
  changing activity.
• Proper action will multiply the work, once we
  have some unemployed convert into
  EMPLOYED, they also will join us this SOME
  will become many more.

  • 1. Converting Educated unemployed into Entrepreneur Team Elevator Gujarat University - India
  • 2. Education System and Youths’ Mindset • Till matriculation or Higher Secondary Level(10+2), education has no syllabus or subject or course that contain learning “How to make money ?” • Teacher are busy with teaching non useful subjects. • As student pass the journey from childhood to youth , build a mind set “ my certificate will bring me job”
  • 3. Youths’ situation • More than 70% students Leave the school after 10th or (10+2)th or graduated subjects with non professional subjects. The education that don’t help in making money. • And the result is very dangerous, these educated but non skilled youth crowd falls in inferiority, after trying to get job on bases of their certificate.
  • 4. Parents’ Prejudice • Parents think that after education their child should get job, shouldn’t try for business, and government is responsible to give employment even though person doesn’t have any skill. • They think Job is more secure and batter than personal business. • They think to start business money is only and compulsory requirement .
  • 5. Solution: Everything is Psychology. • We have found something: Most of young ready to do Job (Fix salary), and if trained properly can do the Job which is money making, BUT they are not ready to do same work as their own business. • If these person are provided training, Group with same work area, and train some of them to be leader,…. • If they have feeling, they are part of big organization, they are ready to do small but good rewarding job.

Solution: Everything is Psychology, and it can be changed • we have tried something : If one person start Goat carting for children at famous public place( Anand Sarovar ) can make fine money but nobody has idea or ready to do this job. • But IF we provide uniform, brand, pricing, marketing strategy, selling training THEN she/he is ready to do the same JOB. • Psychology is changed, now she/he is part of big organization. But she/he is entrepreneur, not charged for providing brand or training.

Solution: Everything is Psychology, and it can be changed • we have tried something : If one person start car cleaning at roadside can make fine money but nobody has idea or ready to do this job. • But IF we provide uniform, brand, pricing, marketing strategy, selling training THEN she/he is ready to do the same JOB. • Psychology is changed, now she/he is part of big organization. But she/he is entrepreneur, not charged for providing brand or training.

Solution: Everything is Psychology, and it can be changed • we have tried something : If one person start water Tanks cleaning at society can make fine money but nobody has idea or ready to do this job. • But IF we provide uniform, brand, pricing, marketing strategy, selling training THEN she/he is ready to do the same JOB. • Psychology is changed, now she/he is part of big organization. But she/he is entrepreneur, not charged for providing brand or training.

Solution • We will start to train such unemployed but educated youths and motivate them to be our part which have good brand with dress code, logo and everything which make feel good to this youths and help them get more customers. • Now when they start making money, we will motivate them to replicate the same job in part time to help other.
  • 10. We are ready. • We will have 2 to 3 hours daily and full weekend to do this great someone’s life changing activity. • Proper action will multiply the work, once we have some unemployed convert into EMPLOYED, they also will join us this SOME will become many more.
