GroupWise
Setting DELETE Key
Go to GROUPWISE  PREFERENCES
On the GENERAL tab, make sure “Item Deletion” method is set to DELTE KEY and not DEL Key
Setting A Signature
Go to GROUPWISE  PREFERENCES
Click the SEND menu on left
Click SIGNATURE tab at top (hint: room #)
Check Signature box
Create Signature
Decide how will add

Groupwise
Checking SENT Messages
Right-Click (or CTRL-Click) on message and choose PROPERTIESto see delivery details per recipient
Only works for IN DISTRICTemails

Reset your bookmarks!
Launch Safari
Go to BOOKMARKS  SHOW ALL
Find the FPS SITES folder (click arrow to expand)
Click on address for FPS WebAccess (wait), Click again and rename to correct address.
Click ENTER to lock in change

Can make choice to DELIVER ONCE or ALWAYS ALLOW messages from this address
Can see LAST FULL WEEK OF SPAM by clicking link at bottom of message

Authenticate/Login vs. Requesting unblocking of website
FP & FHS:Login with your “network” login to authenticate a site that might be blocked for students but not for staff.
If still blocked, SUBMIT FOR REVIEW. If needed ASAP, mark URGENT in your message.
Test sites for class beforehand (2-days notice if possible to unblock a site)
Students submitting for review? Teacher should be.
Blocked content for staff:Adult Language, Alcohol, Drugs, Pornography, Violence, Gambling, Security Risks (spyware, viruses, pay per click hosting sites, hacking)
