  • Earning Opportunity #5 Team Earnings (Binary) The real potential of the SoZo Wealth Plan opens up to you when you start to take advantage of Team Earnings. Its all about bringing new Distributors who purchase product into your organization and teaching them to do the same. SoZos Team Earnings are paid according to a Binary (Two Team) compensation plan structure. When you enter the business youll be placed in one of two teams (left or right) in your sponsors organization. Youll then be compensated on successfully building two teams of your own. Based on the Enrollment Product Pack you selected when joining SoZo, you can qualify to earn 10%, 12%, and even 15% in team earnings. Its really very simple. All you have to do is build your sales team by enrolling two distributors to begin with, and then help each of them find two more, just like you did. Your two and their two are placed in your right or left team. When everybody follows that simple model, your organization grows exponentially into hundreds and then thousands. To begin receiving Team Earnings, simply stay active every four weeks with an automatic reorder of monthly products, that we call an “autoship” and have at least one personally sponsored, active Distributor on your left and right team/leg. Youll qualify to receive a team earnings “cycle” commission every time you accumulate 300 Sales Volume (SV) (as defined below), on your left team and 300 Sales Volume (SV) on your right team. Unpaid Binary Sales Volume for active Distributors carries over to the next week and will be paid as soon as you accumulate the minimum 300 SV on your lesser sales volume team/leg. While many companies "flush" sales volume periodically on a Distributors "strong team" to acquire greater breakage/profits for the company, SoZo does just the opposite, allowing you to accumulate "carry-over" sales volume of up to 1 Million as long as youre active and Binary qualified. Your lesser team/leg “carry-over” sales volume will not count towards rank advancement sales volume requirements. Your Binary cycle pay will be fueled by your teams’ New Enrollment SV, Autoship SV and customer orders!

  • Earning Opportunity #6 Leadership Check Match You can earn a Leadership Check Match (LCM represents the “Backend -Unilevel” of SoZo’s Binary/Unilevel Hybrid compensation plan structure), on any personally sponsored active Distributor, THEIR personally sponsored active Distributors, and so on, no matter which of your Binary teams/legs (right or left), theyre on. This allows you to be paid on your ENTIRE Binary (both your right and left team/leg). Your Personal Sponsorship Enrollment Tree starts with the people you directly sponsor and grows with the ones they sponsor. You can earn a check match on ALL of their weekly Binary team earnings. Your weekly LCM commission is in addition to your weekly Binary commissions. You begin earning a Leadership Check Match (LCM) on the 1st Generation of your Personal Enrollment Tree when you attain the Gold Distributor rank, and every time you advance to a higher rank, your earning potential increases because you qualify to go deeper generationally in your Personal Sponsorship Enrollment Tree. Youre paid a check matching bonus on the weekly Binary Team Earnings of your personally sponsored Distributors and their personally sponsored Distributors and so on, up to Eight (8) Generations deep. Generations are defined by “Paid as” Silver rank Distributors or above in your personal Sponsorship Enrollment Tree. How much does it pay? Thats the most exciting part. SoZo’s LCM isnt a very low fixed percentage as you find in most Unilevel LCM’s. Instead its based on a floating percentage. You see, SoZo GUARANTEES to pay up to 50% of total companywide commissionable sales volume to Distributors every single week. The Leadership Check Match floating percentage is one of the powerful ways SoZo fulfills that promise.
