    • Terra Numerica is a sectorial project of the competitive cluster Cap Digital on the “digital heritage” thematic – labeled on 2006 Funded by the French minister of Industry and Paris institutions.

    • Adapt the type and quality of the representation to the considered communication networks and representation media: - M-R compression and encoding, progressive streaming - set-up of different data and distribution policies

    • Arise outlets on connected markets: real-time decision making systems dedicated to defense and security, 3D GIS solutions for local communities, touristic information services, mobile services and video-games, ….
    • Create qualified jobs in the Ile-de-France area for all these sectors (+ 50% GIS and navigation data bases is already outsourced abroad), in particular through the creation of innovative companies providing derivated services.
