  • Thank you Chris, I had hoped to go down for this meet up but I had some issues with my e-Commerce site. When I look at options most important to me is service. Without quality service the product will not be as valuable to me.

Your post “A road less traveled” drove home to what great service used to be. I seldom see that anymore. For ten years I troubleshot printing and bindery equipment. Knowing that the next call could be in Santa Barbara or Lancaster I worked hard to finish the present service call and get on the road. I had committed to my customers for a four hour turnaround, and kept it. With that kind of service I got notice by three printing press manufactures and was the only independent service technician in Southern CA to receive factory training at printing press manufacture facilities around the country.

Enough about me and now the issue I have with Woo. They have horrible service. I emailed them on September 4th with a problem, their turnaround time was unacceptable. On September 10th I had another problem and submitted another support ticket. My tech was not troubleshooting a problem he was buying time by BS. He replied to me 6 days after. More BS. Now with the ticket still open I received this, Daniel (WooThemes) Sep 24 06:27 (UTC)
Hi Howard, Sorry for the delay.

REALLY! At the WordCamp this weekend I had asked Lucy B. about the problem and she showed me how to fix the problem. Thanks Lucy B.
