  • • Economic growth and urbanization over time have led to significant and concentrated urban settlements. • An increase in urban population has led to an expansion of human habitats in various forms. • We believe that better management can make Indian cities, towns and buildings more livable, efficient and robust than they are today.   • 1 2 3 4 SEMESTERS learning urban context, settlements, history, communication, accounting, management principles, utilities- identification of issues and finding solutions making operations and management plan for an urban neighborhood ; urban finance, organisation behavior, ethics and governments, e- governance, business skills management planning of a large urban area, social utilities, strategy, marketing, branding, contract management , project management principles, negotiations, conflict management capstone project – research thesis or project work
