  • 4. Biography : Johannes Pruchnow (BREKO)Managing Director Business Telefónica GermanyJohannes Pruchnow assumed responsibility for the business customersector of Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG as Managing DirectorBusiness in July 2009.Prior to this position, he worked as the CEO of Telefónica Deutschlandfor several years and established the DSL Wholesale Services business.He looks back on more than ten years of experience with themanagement consulting firm McKinsey & Company where he was mostrecently responsible for projects in telecommunications, media,information technology and consumer electronics in his capacity as apartner.Pruchnow was born in Bayreuth in 1965, is married and has two children
  • 5. Biography : Wolfgang Heer (BUGLAS)As the CEO of the German Association for Optical Fiber Connection(Bundesverband Glasfaseranschluss e.V. BUGLAS), Wolfgang Heer isresponsible for the representation of the 38 BUGLAS members’interests concerning the deployment of FTTH in Germany.Previously, Heer functioned as an assistant to several members of theGerman Parliament and was the spokesman for a federal ministryand several IT-companies.Prior to joining BUGLAS in 2011, Heer served as the CEO of the NPOFördergemeinschaft Deutsche Kinderherzzentren e.V.He is married and has three children.
  • 6. Biography : Jens Prautzsch (M-net) Jens Prautzsch is CEO of M-net Telecommunications Ltd.,headquartered in Munich. He held this position since June 2011. Prior to joining M-net, Prautzsch was member of the ManagementBoard at Telefónica O2 Germany and was in his position as ManagingDirector of Strategy & Innovation, among other things, responsible forthe strategic business alignment and the development of newbusiness areas. During his seven-year engagement at O2 Germany and TelefónicaO2 Germany, Prautzsch has impact the successful growth of thetelecommunications group in an extraordinary degree. His professional and industry-specific basis for its managementsuccesses, Prautzsch acquired during several years as a managementconsultant with focus on the telecommunications sector. Prautzsch, aged 43, has a degree in business sciences. He is father of three children.
  • 7. Biography : Andreas Lischka (Deutsche Telekom)Head of Program Management Broadband Connection FTTH, Deutsche TelekomAndreas Lischka was born 1969 in Starnberg, nearby Munich. He is married andlives with his wife and his 2 daughters in Cologne.After his career at the university of Basel he joined Deutsche Telekom in 2000.He worked several years as Head of the support team to Timotheus Höttges(Member of the Deutsche Telekom Board of Management, Finance) untilin December 2010 he took over the responsibility as head of ProgramManagement Broadband Connection FTTH at Deutsche Telekom.In this position Andreas Lischka reports directly to Niek Jan van Damme,Member of the Board of Management Deutsche Telekom AG for GermanyManaging Director Telekom Deutschland GmbH
