  • 5. Target 3: 50% subscribingto at least 100 Mbps by2020 12.1% of fixed broadband lines are at least 30 Mbps and 2.5 % at least 100 Mbps This translates into household penetrations of ~8% (30 Mbps) and ~2% (100 Mbps) Source: Communications Committee
