When an new agent passes the state exam, there is a period of limbo while waiting for license to be activated. This is the perfect opportunity to set up online profiles that will enable even the newest real estate agent to be found online. Not only will they be found, but they will look like seasoned pros!
In today’s world, there is less worse for business than not having a presence online. When being “googled” by prospective clients would you like to be found on several relevant sites with your real estate skill showcased or would you rather be a ghost that is nowhere to be seen?
