They interact at the primary or first level of work team at Indo. Direct level leader positions would include : Junior / Senior Group Leader, Foreman, General Foreman, Officer / Engineer. </li></ul><ul><li>Organizational Level Leadership </li></ul><ul><li>An Organizational leader must guide his subordinates to fulfill missions provided by strategic leaders. He must convey to the direct leaders under him his intent and manage his resources and personnel to achieve the objectives. The organizational leader positions would include : Manager / HOD/ BU Head / GM . </li></ul><ul><li>Strategic Level Leadership </li></ul><ul><li>Strategic level positions involves responsibility for large or complex business units with several hundred people. A strategic leader must have vision and the ability to make others understand that vision and realize corporate objectives within specified resources and timeframe. </li></ul>
