    • 12 EASY STEPS TO A SUCCESSFUL STUDENT TOUR 1. You have an idea, dream or thought regarding a trip with your students. And the process begins... 2. You share your idea, dream or thought with your students. Remember...excitement creates excitement! 3. You call Celestial Travel & Tours with your idea, dream or thought regarding a trip with your students. We discuss destinations, length of tour, performance possibilities, etc. and create an itinerary and proposal.4.  You review the itinerary and proposal, and we make adjustments/changes until you have a custom tour that you and your students will enjoy and meets your district requirements. 5.  Submit your student tour for school district approval.6.  Upon school district approval, hold a meeting and present the tour to students and their parents. Celestial Travel & Tours with provide a PowerPoint presentation and a CT&T staff member will attend upon request. 7.  Now that everyone is excited a contract will be forwarded from Celestial Travel & Tours, along with a Director’s Packet outlining dates and requirements. 8.  Collect students initial deposits and submit payment to Celestial Travel & Tours. Payments can be submitted directly to Celestial Travel & Tours (for a fee). Continue collecting payments and forwarding upon receipt of detailed invoices. 9. You focus on performances and submission tapes/pictures (if applicable).10.  We forward paperwork for completion, to include airline manifests (if applicable); rooming lists, etc.11.  A final parent/student meeting is held. Celestial Travel & Tours provides (and posts on the www.celestialtravel.net website) your final itinerary and tour information. A Celestial Travel & Tours representative will attend this meeting to provide luggage tags and answer questions.12. You and your students have a great trip and return with “Memories of a Lifetime”….
