  • 3. START WITH THE END IN MIND Make a plan If you can’t plan an entire year, at least decide what you would like to accomplish for the year. Make a list and keep it handy. Refer to it often. It will help you when planning shorter term goals. Plan quarterly – break it down into monthly goals Then weekly and daily
  • 4. TAKE CONTROL BACK!!Control your day – every day!Use an online calendar like Google Calendar – use the alerts to keep you focused and on trackUse your smart phone schedule your dayA written planner or a to do list and a kitchen timer
  • 5. EAT THE UGLY FROG FIRST…Plan the task that you look forward to the least first thingDon’t put it offIf you do, it will hang over your head all day causing you to piddlearound to avoid that ugly frog
  • 6. STOP ALL NOTIFICATIONSYou don’t need to know every time someone likes or posts on your Facebook wallTurn off your email alertsSchedule time to check your email and spend a few minutes on social mediaStay out of there in between!
