  • Wednesday 1 June 2011Dear Parents Re: PYP GRADUATION – Wednesday, 15 June in the LLACIt is with great pleasure we invite you to the PYP Graduation on Wednesday, 15June in the theatre of the Leo Lee Arts Centre from 6:15pm – 8:30pm. Thisspecial event recognizes and celebrates the journey our Grade 6 students haveexperienced in the Lower School at CDNIS.The evening will include the presentation of two prestigious awards: the Alan DickSpirit Award and the CISPA Pursuit of Learning Award. Students have been awareof the criteria for these awards since early in the school year as they representthe ultimate achievement of success on completion of the Primary YearsProgramme. In addition, all students will be presented with a certificateacknowledging their participation in the International Baccalaureate PrimaryYears Programme.Parents and guests are invited to socialise and enjoy refreshments and snacks inthe LLAC foyer from 6:15pm – 6:45pm before the presentation ceremony beginsat 7:00pm sharp. Students will meet their Teachers in homerooms on arrival.No professional photographer will be present but photo opportunities will beavailable afterwards for those who wish to use their own cameras.Students are expected to be in uniform for this event i.e., short-sleeved whiteshirts and khaki pants/skirts, black shoes.Attached to this letter are three tickets for reserved seating for your family.Please return those you do not need to the Booking Office in the LLAC as soon aspossible. Families requiring more tickets may collect them from the LLAC on afirst-come, first-serve basis once they become available.Bus service will be provided to and from the school as indicated below.5:45pm Buses will depart from Admiralty (MTR Exit A) to the School8:30pm Buses will depart from the school to South Horizons and Causeway Bay then on to AdmiraltyWe look forward to seeing you at this special event.Yours trulyDylan HughesPrincipal, Lower School
