    2. Add Custom Field to Lead/Contact for sending SMS. Include new SMS Image
    3. Click the SMS icon > Pop Up Ribbit SMS Can you chat today? Are you free this afternoon? I want to discuss the contract that is currently in legal. Can we wrap this up? 212-842-5611
    4. Ribbit SMS sends message to Lead/Contact > Stores the SMS message under the completed activities.
