The Obligatory “Apples and Oranges” Learning Comparison Study Caveats Imaginary World Learning (IWL hereafter) is probably NOT the equivalent of classroom instruction. Learners probably DON’T learn more from IWL than ‘traditional’ classroom instruction. Learners probably DON’T learn less from IWL than ‘traditional’ classroom instruction. Learners probably DO learn something from IWL and it is probably somewhat the same and somewhat different than traditional classroom instruction.
