Professional Development Plan Purpose: After review of the Texas STaR Chart report, Educator Preparation and Development has been identified as one of the weakest areas on our campus. The purpose of this plan is to develop a source of helpful information on professional development in technology integration as well as sharing best practices of current lesson plans that demonstrate effective uses of technology that align with TEKS. Objective: To develop a forum to share best practices and resources available toprovide professional development in the area of technology integration. To fill the gap in the area of technology training that is left by the inadequate resources available throughout district professional development.
