    • Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from the University of Puerto Rico Piedras & a Master’s Degree from Wesleyan University
    • Diaz wrote a brief article on the celebration of the Puerto Rican Heritage Month for the New York Daily News here

    • Director of the Graduate Program & assistant professor of Journalism
    • - Joined the School of Communications in 2001 after a 23-year career as a journalist
    • A 7-time Emmy nominee for his television documentaries, including national PBS works that earned Hanley an AP award
    • A frequent guest on WNPR’s political discussion program titled Politics, Burgers & Beer
    • Holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of New Haven & a Master’s Degree from Wesleyan University
    • Last Days of the Coliseum : produced, written & directed by Hanley himself

    • His research specialty focuses on Journalism history and news of minorities
    • His Ph.D. dissertation received the prestigious Nafzige-White Dissertation Award from the Association of Educators in Journalism & Mass Communication .
    • Holds a Bachelor’s & Ph.D. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill & a Master’s Degree from the American University
    • Wrote Straight News: Gays, Lesbians, and the News Media

    • Holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master’s Degree from Northwestern University & Wesleyan University
    • Produced Deadlines and Dollars : a documentary on the pressures of local TV newsrooms.

    • Holds a Bachelor’s Degree from John Hopkins University & a Master’s of Arts from the University of Virginia as well as a Master’s of Science from Syracuse University
